Who knows whether or not this lovely pair are a couple offstage…That remains to be seen…It’s irrelevant at this juncture…However, the implications are clear: Black women, please continue to expand your horizons outside of the typical constructs and comfort zones…This is the ONLY WAY to break out, get away from the same go-nowhere people and have more positive experiences…Folk who stay in the same place often get the SAME TYPICAL outcome in life…Think about that…So whether it’s ballroom dancing, skiing, skating, the arts, DO NOT let fear stop you from exploring!

They did just as well as anyone on dancing with the stars minus the fancy costumes, glitz and glitter. Just good, plain old fashion dancing, never missing a beat. Thanks for posting!

Thanks for posting this, CW! An illustration speaks more powerfully than words. That young black woman is illustrating what all the BWE bloggers have saying about BW moving on and broadening their horizons for a happier life. I noticed while this lady was dancing, that she was confident and having a great time in front of a predominately white crowd with her partner. Just wonderful.

Happy to come across and share these stories…Even more glad that readers totally got the spirit of that clip…I want BW to turn their childhood dreams (Before being stomped on) to reality!
